    How does training look?

     Classroom training

⦁    8 hours (usually 9 AM to 5 PM)

⦁    Advantages of a ‘pull’ system for                        knowledge work.
⦁    The role and importance of customer focus.

Module 4

⦁    How to apply knowledge pragmatically              after training is over?
⦁    How does it help in achieving greater                  organizational maturity?
