Terms of Service

Our goal is to provide the highest quality training in a transparent, professional, and ethical manner. The following are our training terms of service. By registering to training you agree to abide by them.


REFUNDS


Cancellations must be notified by email and refunds will be provided according to the following:
More than 10 days prior = 90% of course fee
5 to 10 days prior = 50% of course fee
Less than 5 days = no refund provided


SUBSTITUTIONS


Substitutions are accepted at any time. Please inform us about the change prior the class start. 


TRAINERS & ACCREDITATION


Kanban Dragons guarantees that all trainers are highly qualified and experienced to teach the course we provide. 
All training accredited by certification companies are specifically marked.

CANCELLATIONS


We aim to provide all classes advertised on our website. However, from time to time a public class may not have enough registered students to be viable. As such, Kanban Dragons may cancel a planned class at any time. If a class is canceled by Kanban Dragons, participants will receive a full refund of their purchase price or can choose any other available public class with no additional costs. No further compensation will be provided.
If necessary, you will be notified no later than 7 days prior to the event and all registration payments will be refunded promptly.  If circumstances require, presenters may be substituted for alternative qualified presenters with equivalent experience.


​DATE AND VENUE CHANGES


The date and venue may be subject to change due to circumstances out of our control, such as bad weather, civil unrest, strikes, etc.
